Lion Air Submit Aircraft to The Air Force

Batam, October 8, 2016 - Lion Air Group Submit a Boeing 737-400 operated by Lion Air to Air Force to become part of the TNI AU forces.

The signing of the handover of a Boeing 737-400 with registration code PK-LIW changed to A-7308 be signed by the President Director of Lion Air Group, Edward Sirait Group with Air Vice Marshal TNI M.Nurullah.

The delivery of the aircraft is done at the hangar Batam Aero Mechanical and be seen directly by Air Force Chief of Staff Agus Supriatna and co-founder Lion Air Group Rusdi Kirana.

Boeing 737-400 with registration PK-LIW is a narrow body aircraft with twin engines with the ability to short or medium haul flights and has a seating capacity of 168 seats.

"This is a concrete manifestation of the commitment of Lion Air Group in providing full support to the military, especially the Air Force in carrying out their duties" said President Director Lion Air Group Edward Sirait.

"PK-LIW will be a force in the Air Force with registration A-7308 and we hope PK-LIW can make a major contribution to the Air Force in defending the sovereignty of the Homeland," he concluded.
